Afternoon Workshops at Create & Craft Hayling Island

Saturday afternoon started off with a workshop with Phill Martin. He was suffering from a bit of a hangover from the night before. We did a scrapbook page as below. He brought photos of himself which he apologised for, lol,  but that's all he had. We were given a paper pack and a stamp set which alone is worth about £10. He did come round and sign all the photos for us.

The papers were HOTP Time for Fun 12 x12  and Masculine Collage Stamps.

Our last workshop of the day was with Card Creations Plus. Not sure on the image but I do love the style of the card. Its an tent fold, gate fold card.

This is the front of the card. Martha Stewart punches were used for the corners and the borders. They actually worked for me that time I normally have real problems with them.

Open the doors and you find the image. The image is decoupaged and stuck onto silver mirri card.

You then lift the flap and you find the inside of the card. Backing paper has been stuck on there so that you can write your agreement.

I have to say that I wasn't looking forward to this workshop as previous people had been complaining but I really enjoyed doing the card.

Thanks for reading
